Obverse: Star 1 points to lower half of dentil. There is a die line starting below the headband under “L” at right, extending up into cap. On this late use of the die, many stars still show recutting, most obvious on stars 7, 11, and 12. “2” has a tall serif on its base. (Obverse is LDS of O-131, same DS as O-133, & O-148 is same DS as O-131.)
Reverse: “50 C” is high, and the upper serif of “C” is recut, showing at right. Some specimens, like this one, show small defect lumps around “50 C”. “U” and “N” are attached at top. Stripes 3 through 6 are mostly flat, and many stripe lines extend to far upwards. Right sides of “I” and “T” are in line.
