Obverse: The date is close, well centered, and the 2 is high. There is a hair curl that rises and pierces the liberty band between R and T of LIBERTY. (Obverse shared with O-108)


Reverse: There is a crooked tine off the right corner of the shield that goes through the feathers into the field above the eagle's shoulder. Both T's in STATES are rotated counterclockwise. (Reverse shared with O-109)
