Obverse: Star 1 points to lower half of dentil. Hair curl between “R” and “T” is elevated. Close date is well centered, but the “2” is high. Mouth is dimpled at corner and slightly open. (Same obverse as O-107.)


Reverse: The lower left outer serif of the “A” in “STATES” is recut in a stair step appearance.The upper part of the crossbars, and the three stripes on the right, are partially filled. Line 3 of stripe 4 extends below border. Most stripes have a line extending upwards into crossbars. Right side of “I” is under left side of “T”. (Reverse shared with O-119.)
