A clash-like defect under the stand of the E in STATES. The late die state of the O-106 die marriage the reverse die has begun to shatter. Multiple die cracks can clearly be seen on the reverse. The terminal die state of this die marriage the dies are so cracked that the field of the coin is separated into two levels.
